And I like to help people that are changing the world. In the Social Change Ecosystem I am a Builder and an Artist. I do my best work when I partner with Visionaries. I’m skilled at breaking down big ideas into feasible next steps and supporting my clients through their project’s fruition.
I have an extensive background in event and business management. My experience first seeded when I co-founded and ran a non-profit to support the arts when I was a teenager, grew as I managed a theater and blossomed in my private consulting.
Over the past five years I’ve organized and documented over a dozen workshops, conferences and fundraisers. I’ve helped produce and edit guides on healthy soils, and planned and executed content strategies for socially conscious brands and foundations. I’m a classically trained musician, and have a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance/Opera. I’m passionate about the importance of the arts and the power they hold in building community, evoking empathy, and encouraging creative thinking, and am always weaving my creative side into my work.

I want to help you tell your story. As a content manager it’s my job to help you find the most accessible way for your desired audience to engage with your idea, mission, or product. When I started working with Breakthrough Strategies and Solutions, they were preparing for a conference called “Sequestering Carbon in Soil; Addressing the Climate Threat.” For soil scientists this name was clear and concise, but for the funders, farmers and policy experts just entering the field who we were trying to reach, it was a stretch. The small shift to “Healthy Soils to Cool the Planet” made a huge difference. Here are some of the services I provide for Content Management:

Retreat and Conference Documentation
I want to help your conference make a difference. Conferences and retreats are extremely important for moving any field forward. If designed correctly these events can be informative and invigorating. But that spark of inspiration fades if the discoveries and commitments are not well documented and accessibly shared within the first weeks following the gathering. I love creating clear, engaging documentation notes with next steps and commitments paired with photography so the connections created at these conveeings continue to grow.
